The full moon is a time of illumination. Whatever energy and emotions you are carrying with you will be amplified and come through to show themselves. During this full moon meditation series we will harness the energy of the full moon to create a positive state in the mind, body, and soul. Group meditation is extremely powerful so be ready to come together to create positive energy and intentions for the month ahead.

Each class will begin with a meditation followed by partner and/or individual activities tailored to the workshops theme and close with a meditation or group reflection. Beginner and advanced meditators are welcome.
This month we focus on the importance of breath work through a variety of breathing techniques you will gain an understanding of why proper breathing is so important to live a healthy life. You will also learn different breathing techniques that you can utilize to bring harmony to your life when you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or out of alignment.
