Gillian is an entrepreneur who spends her time with her head in the clouds and feet firmly planted on the ground. She was first introduced to yoga by her mom when she was in elementary school. At this time she didn’t take the practice seriously though she enjoyed the unusual “yoga talk” and poses to annoy her older sister by barging into her room and performing the asanas through a fit of laughter. She completed her B.A. in Psychology and physical education as well as her 200 hour RYT. She spends most of her time teaching yoga, creating recipes, writing, designing, and coaching.
After struggling with an eating disorder in High School she learned how to truly nourish her body through mindfulness and self-love which inspired the start of this company. She wanted to reach more people and help others overcome their disordered eating patterns as she did, which led her to write her first workbook Break Up with Your Diet: A 21-Day Workbook & Journal for Intuitive Eating coming out January 2017. She is passionate about the discovery of self, self-love, nourishment, all things wellness, and creating the life of your dreams!
